Overview
Saved Search Automations enable talent professionals to define rules that automatically 1) route prospects into the right talent pools and 2) adds them to sequences.
Candidates often move to new locations, acquire new skills, etc., but moving these candidates around based on their latest developments is a manual process and, as such, rarely gets done. With this feature, you can dynamically update your Gem database and send messages at the right time based on the changes.
Example: You need to build a talent pool of Product Managers in NYC
- Projects Overview
- Set up a Saved Search Automation that adds prospects to your “NYC PMs” project when they fit the role (Product Manager) and location (NYC).
- The next time someone with that criteria is added to Gem or captured by Data Refresh (every ~90 days), they will automatically be routed to the NYC PMs talent pool.
Example: You need to build and engage with a talent pool of Product Managers in NYC
- Create an “NYC PMs” project
- Set up a Saved Search Automation that adds prospects to your “NYC PMs” project and sends a Sequences Overview when they fit the role (Product Manager) and location (NYC).
- The next time someone with that criteria is added to Gem or captured by Data Refresh (every ~90 days), they will automatically be routed and messaged.
Eligibility
All customers who have access to Prospect Search Overview.
How Does This Feature Work?
The general process flow is as follows:
- Run a Prospect Search → 2) Use those settings to create a SavedSearch → 3) Configure Actions you want to perform → 4) Save & Apply
Current Limitations
- We are currently limited to adding 1,000 prospects per action per day.
- If you remove someone who was added to a project through an automation, the automation will add them back to the project at the next cycle.
