“Likely to move” shows prospects who are more likely to be open to new opportunities than those who do not.
Your team can use this signal to save time identifying and reach out to candidates who are more likely to be interested in a new opportunity.
Eligibility
All customers on Teams and Enterprise packages.
How can I use this feature?
The product looks at signals on candidate profiles to identify those that are more likely to move. This is an evolving algorithm.
There are two ways to use this:
- You can use Saved Searches in Prospect Search Overview to start searching.
- Under the Profile filter, check in “Likely to move”.
