Gem offers three different ways to calculate stage transitions in Talent Compass for Greenhouse customers. To select which calculation you want to use, a Gem Admin can go to the Greenhouse ATS settings page to change this setting:
Greenhouse Stage Transition Rules
Stage movement
Report on candidate stage transitions based on when they were moved into the stage in Greenhouse.
Note: In cases where an event timestamp for stage movement is unavailable, Gem will default to the earliest associated activity event, to ensure data availability.
Stage activity
Report on candidate stage transitions based on associated stage activity, including interviews completed, offers created, or scorecards completed in Greenhouse.
Note: Once a a new stage transition rule is applied, changes will take a few hours to show up in Pipeline Analytics.
