For Gmail users:
By default, Gem will append your Gmail signature to your messages in sequences. Gem will fetch your updated signature when a new sequence is sent to ensure any changes you make within your Gmail account settings are captures.
- To disable your Gmail signature, visit gem.com/settings and un-check “Use Gmail Signature”, which will disable it for all new sequences.
- To disable it for individual sequences un-check “Use Gmail Signature” on the sequence configuration page.
For Outlook users:
The Outlook integration does not allow Gem to use the signature you have set within your Outlook account. Instead, you can create a Gem signature via your Gem Profile settings page.
