Overview

You can now create bespoke webpages within Gem, also known to some in the industry as “micro-sites” or “landing pages,” which can be used for various use cases. We built this with recruiting event marketing, talent community registration, or university recruiting purposes in mind - but we’d love to hear how you get creative!

Use Cases

Here’s a few examples that our internal solutions consultant teams created with our Gem pages:

Talent Community Building

  • Teams can create custom pages to encourage visitors to sign up for their talent community. These pages can have a Gem Form embedded that will be used to collect visitor information and route candidates into Gem Projects

University Recruiting

  • Build a page where university students can see all upcoming events, application deadlines, on-campus interview dates, and more

Interview portal

  • Build a page where candidates can prepare for on-sites with tailored content that you provide for them (videos, blogs, etc.)

Brand and Team Promotion

  • Create pages that promote your team culture and brand (e.g., commitment to DEI, company perks, videos, etc.)
  • You can also add specific open jobs from your ATS (Workday, Greenhouse, SF ATS)

Events

  • Create custom landing pages for each event and embed a Gem Form so you can capture attendee information, track registrations, and re-engage promising connections
  • Show a schedule of upcoming events

Eligibility & Setup

How Does It Work?

Once enabled by our team, you’ll see the “Pages” option in the left-hand toolbar in Gem. On the “Pages” page, click “+ New Page” button to create a new page. You’ll have the option to select a template:

Or you can even design a Page from scratch:

Once your design is complete, you can go ahead and click “Publish”.

You’ll also have the option to collaborate on these Pages within your team by adding collaborators:
