Gem matching wrong candidate in Greenhouse when sourcing someone

Gem links to a candidate and says “Candidate Exists” when it finds a match between any of the emails in Greenhouse and any of the emails on the Gem profile.

If the Gem candidate and the Greenhouse candidate aren’t the same person, it’s likely because there’s an incorrect email address on Gem and/or Greenhouse that matched. Please find the email that matches and remove it from Gem or Greenhouse.
