Overview
Admin users in Gem can see almost all information about candidates and applications. However, not everyone wants the level of radical transparency in which users can see their own historical scorecards.
To aid this, we’ve added the ability for Admins to link Gem users on their team to their corresponding candidate profiles. This prevents users from seeing scorecards, notes, and activity feed data from their own interview process.
Eligibility
- Your team uses Gem ATS
- Only team admins can access this setting (although team admins cannot unlink themselves)
How does it work?
- Navigate to the Members section of your Admin page and scroll down to Team members.
- Click on the … menu on the user’s row > Link to candidate.
- Gem will automatically search for candidate profiles with a name match. Select the correct result, or change the search if the correct candidate profile is not surfacing.
