Gem ATS: Generating XML feed for job board postings

Overview

Gem ATS offers the ability to generate XML feed, which allows you to automate your job postings on LinkedIn, Indeed, or X Hiring.

Who is eligible?

All Gem ATS teams.

How to generate an XML feed

1. Navigate to your ATS Settings > Job boards and click on the XML card.
2. Enter the required information to generate feed for LinkedIn or Indeed. Please note that in order to generate feed for LinkedIn, you will need your LinkedIn company ID. To generate feed for Indeed, you willl need your email address associated with your Indeed account.
3. Click Copy ___ XML feed URL.

After generating a feed, please contact the respective job board platform for next steps.
