Overview
When you open a job or are a part of its hiring team, you will automatically follow the job.
This enables Gem to send automated email notifications to you for candidate activity, including:
Referrals - When a candidate referral is submitted to the job by a team member. More information on submitting referrals can be Gem ATS: Referrals.
Scorecards - When scorecards are submitted, if you have permission to view scorecards. More information on job permissions can be Getting started: Gem ATS permissions.
New applications - A daily digest that provides the number of new applications to the job.
Unfollowing Jobs
You can always unfollow a job if you no longer wish to receive email notifications about the events above:
- Go to your ATS Jobs page.
- Find the job you’re following.
- Click on the actions “…” dropdown menu to unfollow.
