Enable CAPTCHA for Gem ATS job applications and forms

Gem admins can enable CAPTCHA protection for Gem ATS job applications and forms. This setting reduces submissions from automated bots and protects the quality of form submissions and job applications that your organization receives.

To enable this setting, complete the following steps:

1. Select your profile photo in the bottom right, then select Admin settings.
2. Select Privacy & data in the top navigation, then select the Spam & abuse protection tab.
3. Select the Enable CAPTCHA protection checkbox to add a checkmark. This box is not checked by default.

After CAPTCHA protection is enabled, candidates are required to complete a CAPTCHA before they can submit job applications and forms through your job website.

You can disable the CAPTCHA protection setting anytime by unchecking this box.
