Overview
You can now add average and goal trend lines to time-series Dashboard widgets in Dashboards overview. By looking at reports relative to a goal, or the average over time, you can derive far more meaningful insights.
Eligibility
Your team must be on Talent Compass Advanced and use an eligible deep-sync supported ATS.
How does it work?
When configuring a Dashboard widget, add an average trend line and/or a goal line in the Visualization tab for eligible metrics + configurations.
Eligible Metrics + Configurations
- Must be a historical / time-based metric (it’s historical if you see rollup interval option)
- Supported only for bar charts and line charts
Please note:
- Average is not supported for rate metrics (i.e. interested rate, PTR, TIS)
- Jobs/Job Openings are not a historical metric
