Overview

Gem Admins can now create custom groupings of ATS fields of the same type in Team Settings to customize reporting for their team’s unique needs.

Eligibility

All Getting started with Talent Compass-supported ATSs (Greenhouse, Lever, SmartRecruiters, SuccessFactors, and Workday) are eligible for Custom Groupings.

Gem Admins: How to Create and Manage Custom Groupings

As a Gem Admin , you can create and manage Custom Groupings under Team Settings > Customization > Custom Groupings.

You can even create Custom Groupings for Race/Ethnicity, Gender, and Race/Ethnicity x Gender.

Gem Users: How to Use Custom Groupings

As a Gem User, you may want to use Custom Groupings when you want to see the passthrough rates by your company’s business units, but they are different from your ATS. Your Gem admin will create a new Custom Grouping from the ATS field “department” and match the appropriate department to the bucket for each (example: EPD to represent Product, Engineering, Design). Moving forward, you will be able to filter by, group by, and breakdown by this Custom Grouping.
