Projects overview are a tool you and your team can use to organize prospects in Gem. Projects offer various sharing capabilities; you can share projects with your team and/or share with select individuals on your team. Please see Shared Projects for details.
For staffing users , you also have the ability to share projects with your client, at a different Gem account / domain.
If your client has a Gem account
Similarly to same-team project sharing, you can share projects with clients by navigating to the project and clicking Share > Share with clients.
If your client does not have a Gem account
For off-platform candidate sharing, we recommend downloading candidate data as CSV file and then sharing it.
Similarly to the above, navigate to the project you want to share and click > Share > Download CSV and the download will save to your computer.
