If you’re having trouble signing into the Gem extension or connecting your Application Tracking System (ATS), and you’ve already checked your 3rd party cookies, clearing your browser’s cache and cookies may help.

Procedure

Note: Clearing your cache will log you out of your websites. Please be ready to sign back into them.

  1. In Chrome, open your settings (⋮) in the top-right corner.
  2. Click “Delete browsing data”.
  3. Set the date range to “All time”.
  4. Check in all 3 boxes (Browsing history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files).
  5. Click “Delete data”.
  6. The deletion process might take a bit of time, depending on how large your cache is.
  7. Once deletion is complete, fully quit and then relaunch Chrome.
  8. Attempt your original action again.
