Hiring Table

Let’s take a look at the hiring table below:

Here are the various elements within the table and what they mean.

Field
Description
Goal
This is your hiring goal for each department / office / hiring manager group in the plan.
Assigned
These are the total hires you’ve assigned capacity towards. You can view total hiring assignments at the group level, or for each individual recruiter.
Hires to date
The total actual hires you’ve made to date, at the group level, or for each individual recruiter.  Use this value to calibrate how you’re pacing against actual hires made relative to planned hires.
Recruiter assignment cells
Distribute your hiring goal across the recruiters assigned to support those hires, for each time period included in your plan.
View job openings
Hover over the department, or grouping name, to view job openings currently associated with that group.

You can leverage historical data in Gem in Pipeline Analytics Activity view, to see the historical hiring activity for that recruiter.

Recruiter Placeholders

Add a placeholder recruiter to account for their capacity in your plan, even if they’re not yet in your ATS. This can be done by editing the table.

Once they’re officially on board and have an ATS recruiter record, link your placeholder to the ATS record using the Link button.
