Follow the steps outlined below to reset and grant permissions to access data from Indeed.com for the Gem extension.

  1. Navigate to the Manage extensions page.
    1. Open a new tab and put chrome://extensions/ in the url bar.
    2. Alternatively, you can access this page from the extensions icon next to the url bar.

  1. Find the Gem extension and select Details.

  1. In the details page, scroll down, find and click on the Site options link.

  1. In the site options page for Gem extension, click on the Reset Permissions button.

  1. Confirm the action to reset permissions.

6. Open a new tab, and navigate to Indeed: https://resumes.indeed.com/. Select on the Gem extension icon, and you should see a prompt to grant permissions. Select Allow.

7. Grant the permission.

8. After the permission has been granted, you should see the following message.
