Overview

You can create new Gem ATS applications in bulk using prospect data in a Project in Gem. This helps you move prospects into your hiring workflow faster when working with a high volume of candidates.

After you upload the prospects to Gem ATS, they appear as applications on the job you select.

Requirements

Your team must use Gem ATS.
You must have access to the Project that includes the prospects you want to create applications for.

Bulk create applications

To bulk create applications using prospect profiles, complete these steps.

Select the Projects option under People in the main sidebar.
Select the Project you’d like to bulk create applications in.
On the Project details page, select the checkbox to the left of the prospects you wish to bulk create applications for. You can also select all prospects by selecting the checkbox at the top of the list of prospects.

Select the Actions menu, then select the Add to job option.

In the Job dropdown, select the job you’re adding applications to.
In the Stage dropdown, select the stage that these new applications should be added to. By default, Application review is selected.
In the Source dropdown, select a source for these applications. Options may vary based on your Job admin settings.
Select the Upload to Gem ATS button.

The page updates to confirm that all candidates were successfully added to this job.

To confirm, go to the Job in Gem ATS and review the list of applications on the Talent Pipeline tab. These candidates are displayed in the stage you selected above.
