Projects

As a Team admin, you can transfer projects from one teammate to another in Gem. To do this, navigate to the Projects Tab and scroll down to Team Projects. Start typing in the name of the user whose Projects you want to transfer and Gem is going to filter down to only that person's projects.

Once you've filtered down to the projects you would like to transfer, click into those projects and select Options >Transfer Project.

From here a window will pop-up to allow you to type in the name of the person you will want to transfer the project to. Once you've selected that person, press the Transfer button.

Sequences

We don't currently support transferring sequences over to another person on the team. This is because the content of the messages might not make sense if the sender is changed mid-sequence. So we recommend completing sequences as the original sender before handing over the list of recipients to someone else. If the person is leaving the company, usually their email account will be deactivated. Sequences will automatically be paused in that case.

We do support the ability for Team Admins to pause Sequences. You can do this by navigating to the Sequence tab in Gem and scrolling to the All Sequences Section. From here, you can filter down to the sequences you want to pause.

Once you see the Sequences you would like to pause, click into them and press the Pause button.
