In Pipeline Analytics, you can break your candidate application data down by Stage Outcome:

This allows you to understand what happened to candidates at a particular stage and you can click on the individual counts to display them:

Passed through - The candidate's scheduled interview date/time has passed OR a scorecard has been filled out for the current stage, AND they've got an interview scheduled or scorecard filled out in the next stage.

Skipped stage - The candidate has an interview scheduled or scorecard filled out for a subsequent stage WITHOUT having an interview scheduled or scorecard filled out for the current (skipped) stage.

Waiting - The candidate's scheduled interview has passed OR a scorecard was filled out WITHOUT an interview scheduled or scorecard filled out for the next stage, AND they have not been rejected.

Rejected - The candidate's scheduled interview has passed OR a scorecard has been filled out, AND they were rejected with Rejection Reason = "We rejected them"

Dropped out - The candidate's scheduled interview has passed OR a scorecard has been filled out, AND they were rejected with Rejection Reason = "They rejected us"
