Will my pricing be changing along with the change from Gem Classic to Gem Basic?

No. There will be no pricing changes to your contract during your current service term.

Will I still have access to the core Gem Sourcing platform?

Yes. Gem for Teams provides you access to the core Gem sourcing functionality you know. In addition to sourcing, Gem for Teams unlocks deeper integrations with your ATS, advanced prospect search capabilities, and Rules of Engagement in Gem.

What new features do I have access to?

Depending on what plan you are migrating from, the new features you have access to may vary as older plans were varied in their packaging. Contact your CSM or support@gem.com for questions about which new features you have access to.

I want to upgrade or change my plan. How do I do that?

You can reach out to your Gem CSM or email success@gem.com. They will do a needs analysis to make sure that we find a package that's tailored to your needs.
