If you’re having trouble signing into the Gem extension or connecting your Application Tracking System (ATS), and you’ve already checked your 3rd party cookies, clearing your browser’s cache and cookies may help. 

  1. In Chrome, click the menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.

  2. Hover over More Tools and select Clear Browsing Data. 

  3. For time range, select All time. Make sure that Cached images and files and Cookies and Browsing history are both checked, and then click Clear Data.

  4. Quit and reopen Chrome.
