If you’re having trouble signing into the Gem extension or connecting your Application Tracking System (ATS), and you’ve already checked your 3rd party cookies, clearing your browser’s cache and cookies may help.
- In Chrome, click the menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
- Hover over More Tools and select Clear Browsing Data.
- For time range, select All time. Make sure that Cached images and files and Cookies and Browsing history are both checked, and then click Clear Data.
- Quit and reopen Chrome.
